I. Acceptable Payment Methods
1. International Payment Methods
PayPal: Global users can use PayPal account to pay, support the United States dollar (USD), the euro (EUR), the British pound (GBP) and other mainstream currencies, the system automatically according to the real-time exchange rate converted to RMB settlement.
International Credit Card: Support Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other international credit cards, you need to enter the card information and security code (CVV), support for the U.S. dollar, the euro and other currencies, the settlement is automatically converted to RMB (the exchange rate of the bank real-time quotes prevail).

Supported Currencies and Exchange Rates
Basic settlement currency: RMB (CNY).
International Currency Payment: When using PayPal or international credit card payment, you can choose to pay in the original currency (e.g. USD, EUR), the system will be based on the real-time exchange rate of the bank or payment platform on the day of payment converted to RMB debit, without additional handling fees.
Exchange rate fluctuations: Due to real-time changes in the exchange rate, the final amount deducted will be subject to the feedback from the bank or payment platform, it is recommended to confirm the latest exchange rate before payment.

Payment Policy
1. Order confirmation and payment time limit
Payment must be completed within 30 minutes after the order is placed, after which the order will be automatically canceled and the stock will be released.
After successful payment, the order status will be shown as “Confirmed”, and we will arrange shipment within 1-3 working days (postponed on legal holidays).
2. Refund and after-sale policy
For refund, you need to apply for cancellation before the order is shipped, or apply for return within 7 days after receiving the goods (eligible for return). The refund will be returned to your payment account, and the arrival time is about 3-15 business days depending on the payment method.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will only be made to your Alipay / WeChat account or bank card, cash refunds are not supported.
3. Tax and Shipping Payment
Mainland China orders: shipping fees and taxes (if any) are uniformly displayed on the checkout page, and all the above payment methods are supported.
International Orders: Customs duty and import VAT are borne by the recipient and need to be paid at the time of customs clearance, subject to local customs policy.
4. Installment payment (domestic credit card only)
Support 3, 6 and 12 installment payments, the specific number of available installments and handling fee rates are subject to the payment page (credit card issuer support is required).

Payment Security
1. Data encryption protection
We use 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect your payment information and ensure that sensitive data such as bank card numbers and passwords are not stolen during transmission.
The payment page is processed directly by a third-party security organization (e.g. Alipay, PayPal), and Ochach does not store your complete card information.
2. Security Authentication Mechanism
Domestic UnionPay card payment needs to pass China UnionPay security authentication (SMS verification code / fingerprint recognition).
International credit card payments need to pass 3D Secure authentication (e.g. Visa Secure, MasterCard Identity Check) to further protect transaction security.
3. Privacy Protection Policy
We strictly abide by the Personal Information Protection Law, collect payment-related information only to the extent necessary, and do not disclose your payment data to any third party.

V. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1：What should I do if the payment prompts “Insufficient Balance” or “Transaction Failed”?
Please check the balance of your payment account, credit card limit or network connection and try again; if it fails several times, we suggest you to change other payment methods or contact your card issuer to confirm the account status.
Q2: How can I check the payment status of my order?
Login to your account and enter “My Orders”, the order status shows “Paid” which means the payment is successful; if it shows “Pending Payment”, please complete the payment again.
Q3：Can I use RMB to pay for international orders?
Yes, you can. The checkout page will automatically display the RMB amount, you can also choose to pay in the original currency, the system will convert according to the real-time exchange rate.
Q4: What regions does Cash on Delivery support?
Currently only supports some cities and counties in mainland China, the system will automatically detect whether the delivery address is eligible when placing an order, specific to the billing page prompt shall prevail.
Q5：Will there be a handling fee for refund?
No handling fee will be charged for refund in the original way, but cross-border payment may incur a small exchange rate conversion fee due to the rules of banks or payment platforms, subject to the actual amount on arrival.
