This policy applies to the handling of personal information generated when you use our products or services through Ochach's official website, APP, offline experience stores and other official channels.




II. Personal Information We Collect
1. Registration and Account Information
Necessary information: cell phone number / email (for account registration, identity verification), created user name / password.
Optional information: nickname, gender, birthday (for personalized recommendations and membership rights).


2. Order and transaction information
Purchase records: order number, product information, delivery address, name / phone number of the consignee, payment method, transaction amount, logistics information.
After-sales information: description of the problem provided when applying for return or exchange, product pictures, customer service communication records.


3. Browsing and behavioral data
Automatic collection: IP address, device model, browser type, browsing records (page visit duration, search keywords), clicking behavior (advertisement clicks, product collection/add purchase) when you visit our platform, which is realized by technologies such as cookies and pixel tags.
Usage: Optimize user experience, analyze product trends, provide personalized recommendations (e.g. “Guess Your Favorite”).

4. Other Information
Customer service communication: problem descriptions, pictures / videos provided when you contact customer service (for handling after-sales or inquiries).
Offline activities: name, contact information, interest preferences registered when participating in store activities.


How to use your personal information
Core functions are required.
Account management (login, retrieve password), order processing (shipping, after-sales), payment settlement.
Personalized service.
According to your browsing and purchasing records, recommend products, send promotional information (you can turn off the push through the account settings).
Security and Compliance.
Identify abnormal account logins, prevent fraudulent transactions, and respond to legal regulatory requirements (e.g., tax, customs verification).
Service Improvement.
Analyze user behavior data to optimize product design and enhance the shopping experience.


IV. Information Protection Measures
Data encryption.
128-bit SSL encryption is used in the transmission process, and sensitive information (e.g. bank card number) is desensitized when stored.
Access Control.
Access to personal information is limited to authorized employees, and must be authenticated through the internal system permissions.
Security Audit.
Regularly conduct security vulnerability detection and risk assessment, and join the information security emergency response mechanism.

Storage Period.
Account information: After you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize the relevant data (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations).
Order information: stored for 3 years from the completion of the transaction (for after-sale inquiries and tax records).
Browsing data: Periodically cleaned up to a maximum of 6 months (unless you continue to use the service).
Deletion Request.
You can apply for deletion of personal information through “Account Settings” → “Privacy Center” or contact customer service (service@ochach.com) for assistance.


Your Rights
Access to information: View/export your account information and order records at any time (Path: “My Account” → “Personal Information”).
Correct information: If you find any errors in your information, you can correct your nickname, address and other non-sensitive information, or contact customer service to correct your cell phone number/email address and other key information.
Withdraw consent.
Turn off personalized recommendation: Turn off the “Personalized Recommendation” switch in “Settings” → “Privacy” of APP.
Reject Cookies: Restrict cookies through browser settings, but it may affect the use of some functions.
Log out of your account.
Log in and go to “Account Settings” → “Security Center” to submit a cancellation request, and the account information will be deleted after cancellation (not recoverable).


Third-party links and advertisements
Our platform may contain third-party links (such as brand cooperation websites), clicking on which will lead to a third-party page, whose privacy policy is independently assumed by the third party, and we recommend that you read its terms and conditions carefully.
Advertising partners may collect your browsing behavior through cookies, but we will not provide them with your real identity information.


Policy Updates and Notices
We will periodically update our privacy policy, and major changes will be notified through official website announcements, APP push or email notifications (sent to your registered email/mobile phone number).
If you do not agree with the updated policy, you can stop using the service and apply for account cancellation; continued use is deemed to accept the new policy.
